You know (and this will be the last post on the subject - Maybe). It troubled me that I couldnt figure out why scared me so much about this election. It just rattled me, that I knew. It wasnt until reading a letter written by a pastor that it made more sense to me, and I trully understood. I dont have permission to post the letter, so I'll just post this part:




I believe God put America as a nation and us as individuals in this position and said, as Joshua says in Jos. 24: 15 “choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve…” Yesterday I believe He said to us; choose between your morals and your money. Will it be ethics or easy street? I’m afraid as a nation we failed this most recent test



I recieved this email this morning, I thought I'd reach more people this way:

AM CONVINCED THAT WE MUST PRAY FOR OUR NATION AND ITS LEADERS AND ASK FOR FORGIVENESS. SO I ASK YOU TO JOIN ME IN THIS PLEA TO OUR LORD.> >



Heavenly Father, we have turned our backs on you and your principles in your Word. We have allowed man to usurp Your role as God over life and the number of our days. But we come to you in brokenness and repentance over our sin. We cry out for your forgiveness and loving mercy and ask that you heal our land. Use us as your vessels, Lord, to bring the light of Your Truth to our nation once again, we ask in the Holy Name of Jesus. Amen.> >
